the rescue remedy helped me the other night. though i need to give it back to sean and tell her that i'll get some of my own. it's expensive. i got it several years ago when my then-therapist suggested it. she didn't tell me that it was 27 percent alcohol. now i know why they had it in an enclosed display. at that time, i thought, well of course it relaxes you if there's alcohol in it. but i think this time i'll give it a chance.
